บริษัท เทคเวฟว อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด ("เทคเวฟว", "บริษัท", "เรา") ให้ความสำคัญสูงสุดกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน นโยบายฉบับนี้จัดทำขึ้นตาม พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) เพื่ออธิบายวิธีที่เราเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านในการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ www.techwave.digital และบริการของบริษัท Techwave International Co., Ltd. ("Techwave", "the Company", "we") takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy is issued under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) — PDPA, and explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you use www.techwave.digital and our services.

2. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เราเก็บรวบรวมPersonal data we collect

เราอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านในหมวดต่อไปนี้: We may collect the following categories of personal data:

• ข้อมูลระบุตัวตนIdentification data — ชื่อ-นามสกุล ตำแหน่ง ชื่อบริษัทfull name, job title, company name.

• ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคTechnical data — IP address ประเภทเบราว์เซอร์ ระบบปฏิบัติการ และพฤติกรรมการใช้งานเว็บไซต์IP address, browser type, OS, and website usage behavior.
• ข้อมูลธุรกรรมTransactional data — รายละเอียดสัญญาและการชำระเงิน (เฉพาะลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการ)contract and payment information (for active customers only).

3. วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมายในการประมวลผลPurposes & lawful basis

เราประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้ โดยอาศัยฐานทางกฎหมายที่เหมาะสมตาม PDPA: We process personal data for the following purposes, on appropriate lawful bases under the PDPA:

• เพื่อให้บริการตามที่ท่านร้องขอ ตอบกลับการสอบถาม และจัดทำใบเสนอราคา (ฐานสัญญา/มาตรการก่อนทำสัญญา)To respond to your inquiries, deliver requested services, and prepare quotations (contract / pre-contract basis).
• เพื่อปฏิบัติตามสัญญาและให้บริการหลังการขาย (ฐานสัญญา)To fulfil contracts and provide post-sale support (contract basis).
• เพื่อปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์และบริการ วิเคราะห์การใช้งาน (ฐานประโยชน์อันชอบด้วยกฎหมาย)To improve our website and services through usage analytics (legitimate interest).
• เพื่อส่งข้อมูลทางการตลาด ข่าวสาร และโปรโมชั่น (ฐานความยินยอม) โดยท่านสามารถถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อTo send marketing, news, and promotions (consent basis). You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลที่สามDisclosure to third parties

เราจะไม่จำหน่ายหรือให้เช่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านแก่บุคคลที่สามเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการค้า เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่านเฉพาะกรณีต่อไปนี้: We never sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose data only in these cases:

• ผู้ให้บริการที่ช่วยดำเนินงาน เช่น โฮสติ้ง คลาวด์ ระบบอีเมล ระบบชำระเงิน — โดยมีข้อตกลงคุ้มครองข้อมูล (DPA)Service providers — hosting, cloud, email, payment processors — under signed Data Processing Agreements.

• ที่ปรึกษากฎหมาย บัญชี และผู้สอบบัญชี ภายใต้ข้อตกลงรักษาความลับLegal, accounting, and audit advisors under confidentiality agreements.

5. ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษาข้อมูลData retention

เราเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเท่าที่จำเป็นตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายนี้ หรือเท่าที่กฎหมายกำหนด We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law.

• ข้อมูลจากแบบฟอร์มติดต่อ: 2 ปี นับจากวันที่ติดต่อครั้งสุดท้ายContact-form data: 2 years from last contact.
• ข้อมูลสัญญาและบัญชี: 10 ปี ตามที่กฎหมายภาษีกำหนดContract and accounting records: 10 years per tax law.
• ข้อมูลเว็บไซต์/เทคนิค: 12 เดือนWebsite/technical logs: 12 months.

6. การส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปต่างประเทศInternational transfers

เราอาจส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลของท่านไปยังประเทศที่อาจไม่มีมาตรฐานการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเทียบเท่าประเทศไทย เช่น เมื่อใช้บริการคลาวด์ของผู้ให้บริการต่างประเทศ ในกรณีดังกล่าวเราจะดำเนินมาตรการที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้ข้อมูลของท่านได้รับการคุ้มครองตามมาตรฐานของ PDPA We may transfer data to countries that may not provide protection equivalent to Thailand's, e.g. when using overseas cloud services. In such cases we adopt appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA standards.

7. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลYour rights as a data subject

ภายใต้ PDPA ท่านมีสิทธิดังต่อไปนี้ โดยสามารถใช้สิทธิได้ผ่านช่องทางที่ระบุในข้อ 11: Under the PDPA you have the following rights, which you can exercise via the channels in section 11:

• สิทธิในการเข้าถึงRight of access — ขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตนrequest a copy of your personal data.
• สิทธิในการแก้ไขRight to rectification — ขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ครบถ้วนrequest correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• สิทธิในการลบRight to erasure — ขอให้ลบหรือทำลายข้อมูลในกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนดrequest deletion in cases permitted by law.
• สิทธิในการคัดค้านRight to object — คัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลobject to certain processing.
• สิทธิในการระงับการใช้Right to restrict — ขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูลชั่วคราวrequest temporary restriction of processing.
• สิทธิในการให้โอนข้อมูลRight to data portability — ขอรับหรือโอนข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่อ่านได้ด้วยเครื่องreceive or transfer data in a machine-readable format.
• สิทธิในการเพิกถอนความยินยอมRight to withdraw consent — เพิกถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ โดยไม่กระทบการประมวลผลที่ทำไปแล้วwithdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
• สิทธิในการร้องเรียนRight to lodge a complaint — ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลlodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
